The
site is enclosed with 8’ “chain-link” fencing with 3
strands of wire at the top and a “card reader” electric
gate.
We
have the latest in 24/7 digital surveillance {eight
camera’s!} and monitoring equipment, with 24/7 access
and always a friendly staff of folks to take care of
your every need.
You
will receive a “keycard” which is programmed with a code
to open the security gate when “read” by the “drive-up”
reader. This will open the gate for entry to the
property. The gate then closes automatically behind you
after 14 seconds. When ready to leave the site, you will
once again drive up to a reader on the inside and hold
your card within 8" to open the gate. Once again, the
gate will close automatically behind you after clearing
it.
We
also have a state of the art dump station and wash area
for those who use those items {fresh and washout water
and grey and black water dumping}. This is identical to
any state or government campground.
Our
bay units are 14’X 50’ and our solid metal divider walls
go all the way to the top for a completely secure unit.
The roof is insulated to eliminate condensation dripage.
Concrete slab floors to park/store on and we have a
local exterminator spray 4 times per year for your
valuables’ safety and cleanliness and now, we place a
"granular" poison around the outside perimeter of the
premises..
We
also have an option to remove inside walls for those who
need larger areas {you can choose most any multiple of
14 for the width}. This option also comes with a
discounted price depending on the size of area needed.
Each
unit is lighted and has a 15a receptacle to run a
battery charger etc.
The
doors are 12’ X 14’ and operated with an electric opener
which eliminates the use of a lock, latches, and theft.
Each unit has its own pass code programmed into its
keypad and we offer an option for you to select your own
code as well as “remote openers” for those who don’t
want to “get out in the weather” to open their door.
There is also a security “3 button panel” inside each
unit {open, close, stop} for your safety and
convenience.
At
Big Dawg Storage, the only access is protected through
Westgate Plaza Shopping Center at 2260 Albert Pike, Hot
Springs, Arkansas 71913. We can be reached from several
routes, with easy access from all with any size vehicle.
Driving area is all asphalt and VERY accessible – even
for tractor/trailer rigs.
Each
of our units has several halogen lights that are
controlled by timers and photo cell for excellent
lighting during night time conditions.
